Tax refund question .. ?
We filed and had our refund accepted by the IRS on the 26th. It said it would take 815 days from the date of acceptance for us to have our refund DD into our bank account. Last year I remember it was very fast dont think it was fifteen days at all. Anyway could I get it on the 8 day mark? I know they say there are a lot of problems this year and everything but I didnt file anything abnormal so it should be fine. The IRS site says the tenth. Why do people say the IRS only sends out refunds on Fridays? We never received ours on a Friday and I go to a credit union that posts the money to your account the same day the IRS sends it .. they never hold it for any amount of time ever. If I have a pending deposit it tells me and I never have them .. always posts right away. Any ideas when I could get it?
Chances are if the site says the 10th youll actually get it on the 6th. The deposits are on Fridays most of the time. It usually depends on the banks as well. Some of them do not post the money to your account the same day that the funds are released to them. I would check your account on the 6th though.

Some taxpayers are getting their tax refund deposited late this year. The refund are being delayed because the irs is validated the stimulus rebates.

We filed and had our return accepted by the IRS on the 23rd. The IRS website is also saying the 10th for our D.D. We have not received our refund as of yet. I asked a friend who works at the IRS how long it is taking and he stated that they always give the furthest date possible to receive the return. Sorry I do not have anymore information…
The IRS accepted my refund on the 17th and I have the HR block emerald card 8 to 15 days. I have yet to recieve myne and it also says on the irs website it will arrive on the 10th. Last year it did not take this long. Although my best friend filed the same day and got hers already so it is just a waiting game at this point.
